TERMS OF SERVICE

Publishing Profits Academy provides educational programs, digital training materials, tools, templates, group coaching, office hours, mentorship, and publishing-related support.

Our programs are educational in nature. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not manage customer funds, publishing accounts, advertising accounts, or royalties unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

Customers remain responsible for their publishing decisions, accounts, books, files, advertising expenses, and compliance with third-party platforms such as Amazon KDP. Third-party platforms maintain their own rules and may change, suspend, or discontinue their services independently.

No specific publishing, sales, royalty, income, profit, or other financial result is promised or guaranteed. Results vary according to factors including the individual, book, market, product quality, advertising, implementation, and work performed.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, share, or commercially exploit our proprietary training materials, templates, tools, or account access without written permission.

We may suspend access for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized sharing, nonpayment, or material violations of these terms.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Because our programs include immediate access to digital materials, tools, templates, training, community resources, and educational services, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted or service delivery has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Customers purchasing a payment plan remain responsible for all agreed payments. A payment plan divides the total purchase price into installments and is not a cancel-anytime subscription unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Failure to access the materials, attend coaching sessions, participate in the program, or complete the training does not create a right to a refund.

We will review genuine billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions. Please contact support@publishingprofits.io promptly if you believe a billing error has occurred.

Any additional refund, cancellation, or delivery terms stated in a signed agreement or at checkout will also apply. If those terms conflict with this general policy, the signed agreement or checkout terms will control.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

PRIVACY POLICY

Publishing Profits Academy may collect information that customers voluntarily provide, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing information, form submissions, and communications.

We use this information to:

• provide and support our products and services;
• process transactions;
• communicate with customers;
• manage program access;
• improve our website and educational services;
• prevent fraud and maintain security; and
• comply with legal obligations.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card information when a third-party processor handles the transaction.

We may use service providers for payment processing, website hosting, email, analytics, customer support, community access, and program delivery. These providers may process information only as needed to perform their services or comply with law.

We do not sell customers’ personal information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations.

Depending on location, customers may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Requests may be sent to support@publishingprofits.io.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update these policies periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
